This very attractive and well organised site is set in a less busy part of the Ardèche and should appeal to couples and families with younger children. The 80 good sized, level pitches, 28 for touring, are surrounded by a variety of trees offering plenty of shade. All have 10A electricity. The focal point of the site is formed by the very attractive heated swimming pool and paddling pool and their large sunbathing area. The bar, restaurant and well appointed play areas for children are all adjacent. A spacious sports area and shady picnic and play area are alongside the River Ardèche.

High season activities include a miniclub (3-8 yrs) and midiclub (9-13 yrs), and organised music evenings.

Directions to Camping Domaine de Gil

Site north of Aubenas. From south east (N102), after tunnel, turn right, roundabout (signed Ucel), cross river into Pont d’Ucel (3.5 tonne limit). Bear right and at roundabout, last exit (signed Ucel). Shortly turn left (signed Ucel D218), then right (Ucel D578B). Site is 2 km. beyond Ucel.
