Camping Dolenjske Toplice offers just 16 pitches for touring units, all with electricity and water, separated by mature trees forming a high hedge. Unmarked pitching is also provided for tents on an open field among low trees with views on the river.
The site is opposite a health centre which offers thermal spas, saunas, different kinds of massage, herbal baths and supervised gymnastics (20% discount for campers). Alternatively, for those who enjoy canoeing or fishing, the site is right beside the River Krka.
The site’s only amenity is one basic toilet block. A useful site for a short stay, especially if you wish to use the spa. Close to the entrance are a restaurant and bar and other amenities are available in the town which is only 300 m. walk. This area is excellent for walking, enjoying the Krka Valley and the Kocevski Rog mountain, or visiting the old towns of Novo Mesto and Bela Krajini.

From Ljubljana go southeast towards Novo Mesto. From Novo Mesto follow signs for Kocerje, then Dolenjske Toplice. Site is near large spa car park but one level down and on left directly after passing through town but before car park entrance. Site is signed.
