Camping De Wije Werelt offers all the facilities you need for a very comfortable holiday. The 170 touring pitches all have water and drainage, 10A electricity, cable, and WiFi. The site is surrounded by forest – the home of many wild animals and there are numerous good cycling and walking routes. This peaceful site is very child friendly and extremely popular with families during school holidays. There are plenty of activities for children on site including a playground for younger children and an area with different play equipment for older children. There is also a heated, outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool.
The site is located in the beautiful Hoge Veluwe National Park and a special feature of Camping De Wije Werelt are the excursions with a forest ranger so you can see the deer and wild boar. The friendly, helpful reception will advise on good routes for walking and cycling, and you can even hire a GPS handset to keep you on track. The Kröller-Müller Museum is just a short drive away and there is easy access to the major towns, including Arnhem, Apeldoorn and Amersfoort. The small local town, Otello, has shops and restaurants.
