Camping de Puyloubier, also known as Camping Le Cézanne, is located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southeastern France, near the village of Puyloubier and at the foot of the mountain Sainte-Victoire. It's an excellent choice for nature lovers seeking a peaceful retreat in the countryside. On-site, there are 40 touring pitches and electric hook-up points available. The campsite consists of two parts, one of which is terraced and one area which is level. All pitches are delimited and shaded by mature pine trees, with great views of the surrounding mountains.
If you like to eat out whilst staying away, you can try out the campsite restaurant that is open in the high season. The pizzas here are extremely popular here. You can, of course, also prepare your own meals and find a small shop on-site and various shops and supermarkets in Puyloubier. Facilities on site are minimal, but there is a sports ground located next to the site, which includes tennis courts and a football field, which is free to use for campsite guests. A children's club is run throughout the high season twice a week and organises various activities and creative crafts. There are occasional evening events during the months of July and August.
The charming city of Aix-en-Provence is within a convenient distance, accessible by a shuttle bus that runs from the campsite over a dozen times a day. Other interesting destinations in the area include Marseille, the fishing town of La Ciotat, Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, Cassis, and the Luberon Regional Natural Park.
