Alan Rogers Review of Camping de la Boutinardière
La Boutinardière is genuinely a holiday site to suit all the family, whatever their ages, just 200 m. from the beach. It has around 90 individual, good sized pitches, 90-120 sq.m. in size, many bordered by high, well-maintained hedges for shade and privacy. All pitches have electricity available (6/10A). English is spoken by the helpful, accommodating reception staff. There is an excellent site shop and, across the road, a water complex comprising indoor and outdoor pools, a paddling pool and a twin toboggan water slide in addition to sports and entertainment areas.
Facing the water complex, the bar, restaurant and terraces are new and serve excellent food all season, be it a snack, a restaurant meal or a takeaway. This site is difficult to beat in the South Brittany/Loire-Atlantique area - just 2 km. from the beautiful harbour town of Pornic and 200 m. from the sea, together with the very best of amenities and facilities.

Toilet facilities are in three heated blocks, one large and centrally situated and two supporting blocks. Accessible facilities, Washbasins are in cabins. Facilities for families. Laundry facilities. Shop. Bar complex with restaurant and terraces. Three heated swimming pools, one indoor (April-Sept), a paddling pool and water slides (seasonal). Games room. Sports and activity area. Playground. Minigolf. Fitness equipment and wellness suite. Accommodation to rent. WiFi throughout.

From north or south on D213, take Nantes D751 exit. At roundabout (with McDonalds) take D13 signed La Bernarie-en-Retz. After 4 km. site is signed to right. Note: do NOT exit from D213 at Pornic Ouest or Centre.
