An exceptionally well cared for and attractive lakeside site with landscaped entrance and gardens. Each of the 40 touring pitches has tall mature hedges giving plenty of shade and privacy; all pitches have their own water and electricity. The good-sized touring pitches are mostly level. The snack bar, indoor games room and TV room are located within the modern reception building. A wonderful patio area has views across the lake, play area and lawned gardens – a magnificent place to sit on a sunny day. A number of chalets and safari tents are available to rent. The staff are very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed this very pleasant rural site.

One central modern sanitary block, open style washbasins, preset showers. Separate accessible facilities . Laundry facilities. Motorhome services. Bar. TV, pool table, electronic games, table football. Very good play area. Swimming in lake (lifeguard in afternoons, high season only). Miniclub (6-12 yrs) every afternoon in high season. Fishing. Bicycle hire. Pedalo hire (life jackets available from reception). WiFi throughout (free).

Directions to Camping de Coulvée

From A87 (Angers-Cholet) exit 25, head south on the N160 for 5 km. to Chemillé. Follow signs for camping to the south side of the town.
