This is a small site with a total of 93 pitches, 60 of which are for touring. The numbered pitches are mostly small, level and grassy and are divided by small bushes and flowering shrubs. Many trees, mostly apple, provide a reasonable amount of shade. The swimming pool has a retractable roof and there is an outside toboggan that can be used in high season. A limited amount of organised evening entertainment takes place in a large marquee in high season. This is a pleasant site with friendly owners, ideally suited for those looking for a quieter holiday.

Aux 2 Chênes, although limited in many aspects, makes a reasonably central base to explore this delightful part of Brittany. Quimper is 20 minutes by car, as is Concarneau. Here in the medieval walled town you can browse the gift shops or dine in one of the many restaurants. On Friday mornings there is a large market. In the opposite direction from the campsite there is the popular seaside resort of Bénodet which has been a favourite with the British for many years. Boat trips from here to one of the many offshore islands make exciting day excursions.

Directions to Camping de Bénodet

Take the D44 from Fouesnant towards Bénodet. The site is on the right in 6.5 km. and is well signed.
