Les Haras is located in Touques, just outside the stylish resort of Deauville. This is a mature site with 200 grassy and well shaded pitches (30 for touring), though of moderate size with many on a slope. A number of mobile homes are available to rent. Leisure amenities include a covered heated pool, an outdoor pool and a separate children’s pool and spa bath. The sandy beaches of Deauville and its neighbour, Trouville, are likely to be the main attraction here. The site is open for a long season and may appeal as a short break destination.

Les Haras translates as ‘stud farm’ and horse breeding and racing are important in the area. Deauville quickly grew around the rac course, which is still one of the most important in France. Golf is also popular here and the Barriere club has a fine location, overlooking the town. The Caen Memorial, Bayeux, Pegasus Bridge and the Normandy landing beaches are also easily reached by car.

Directions to Camping Clicochic Haras

Site is south of Trouville. Approaching from A132 motorway, continue on D677 towards Trouville and Deauville. On reaching Touques, take eastbound D62 (Route d’Honfleur) and the site is well signed.
