The owners of this site wish it to be for families and thus the emphasis is on peace and tranquillity. Whilst the towns below are blisteringly hot, the cool breezes here do make it as the name says, Belsito – a beautiful place. There are now 200 pitches of varying size, all with electricity (6-8A) and some with shade. It is very much a touring site with no permanent occupants and only six bungalows for hire. There are 64 pitches with a private sanitary unit for hire on the pitch. The views are excellent from most pitches, and from an amazing new swimming pool on the upper terrace.

There is much of historical interest to see in the area including the thermal towns and archaeology dating back centuries – ask at reception for help. A pleasant restaurant/bar also enjoys the views and a very well stocked shop is on site. Although the range of facilities is limited, this is a quiet retreat for those who prefer that type of site.

Two sanitary blocks (one new) plus 64 private units for hire. Hot water is provided throughout. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines. Good shop, bar/restaurant, snack bar with takeaway (all April-Sept). New swimming pool. Play area. Book exchange. Communal freezer and barbecue area. Satellite TV. WiFi throughout (charged).

Directions to Camping Belsito

From A11 Firenze-Mare autostrada take exit for Montecatini Terme. Follow brown signs for site and take Montecatini Alto road (do not use sat nav as you may end up in a very narrow village street). Site is on the left in 3 km.
