The great advantage of Camping Barcelona is the regular shuttle bus to and from Barcelona (45 mins), which is free in low season. Like other sites in this area, it is on the beach road (N11) which means it is subject to train and traffic noise. However, the 344 touring pitches, which are separated from the permanent areas, do allow you to avoid the problem. Pitches vary in size and most have electricity (6/10/16A Europlug). An excellent pool is provided in which to cool off and reception will assist in arranging many off site activities. There is a rocky coastline 100 m. away, but we recommend you to use the free shuttle to Mataró for serious sunning.

An area containing several types of animals and fowl is on site for your enjoyment, and the management takes pride in making sure you have fun whilst staying here. Entertainment is provided in high season and both adults and children are catered for by an entertainment team. This is a pleasant, family owned site where many languages are spoken, and where careful thought is given to catering for all holiday tastes and lifestyles. The site has a beach club and a diving club in nearby Mataró and concessions are available for the local spa facilities.

Camping Barcelona is a great campsite for visiting Barcelona: FREE shuttle bus to Barcelona every day. (Not free from 1st June to 30th September, €2.90 one way). Public transport to Barcelona is also available 24hrs. Their free buses also take you to several beaches, to their Beach Club, beach restaurant, train station and local markets. A first class campsite with spectacular sea views (situated beside the sea). Swimming pool open all season. Entertainment all year round, for children in July and August. Shows and live music all nights in July and August. Free Wi-Fi on all the pitches. 107 to 120 sq. yard pitches with 16 amp electric power connection point. Directions to Camping Barcelona

Site is east of Mataró at the 650 km. marker on the N11. Leave the C-32 autoroute at exits 104 or 108 and follow signs for the sea and Mataró. Site is well signed on both carriageways.
