Alan Rogers Review
Based around a Bavarian farmstead, Gutshof-Camping Arterhof is an excellent site combining the charm of the old together with the comfort of the new. An attractive courtyard at the front of the site houses reception, a farm shop and a café with a flower decked terrace. To the rear is a tropical indoor pool containing soft water at a comfortable 30°C as well as a sauna, solarium, fitness room and much more. The 230 touring pitches with some hedge separation, on grass or pebble standing, all have TV, electricity, fresh and waste water connections, and 12 have their own pitch-side sanitary facilities. For winter camping, 50 of the pitches have a gas supply.
Opposite the site entrance is Inattura, a spacious flower-filled meadow with a large, natural pool, scented garden and lots of lawn; ideal for quiet relaxation and sunbathing in the open Bavarian countryside. This is very much a site with facilities for those who feel they have earned a well deserved break. There are numerous fitness programmes to cure one’s present aches and pains, as well as preventative programmes. With ample provision for children, both outdoor and traditional indoor restaurants, this is a site to suit the whole family.
