Camping Abbaye de BonlieuI is nestled in the heart of the lake region, in a green setting, close to must-see sites such as the Cascades du Hérisson (a visit on foot from the site possible), the Pic de l'Aigle, the Belvedere of the 4 lakes and the beautiful lake of Bonlieu at 600m. The site will be keen to receive you for your stay in a peaceful and family atmosphere.

The site has 80 grass touring pitches with 10amp hook-up point. The site has 8 mobile homes and wooden lodges available to hire. This is a small site with pitches in varying sizes and hedges which are sufficiently high to give privacy. The pitches with electricity are in the centre block but only half of them have a view of the cliff behind the site over the hedge, and then around the outside are ones without electricity but a view. Some of them are on a slope and others completely level.

It is perfectly situated in the middle of the lakes area of the Jura and probably the closest site to the waterfalls on the Herrison river.

On the opposite side of the road is a restaurant and bar which provides baguettes and croissants to order as well as take away food. The site is outside the village and surrounded by open countryside with good roads for access. The owners of the site don't speak a word of English but always try to be helpful.

Directions to Camping Abbaye de Bonlieu

From the N5 join the D678 towards La Chaux-du-Dombief and continue on D678 to eventually turn left onto D75E1. The site is then off this road. The distance from the N5 to the site is 7miles.
