Previously known as Camping op dem Deich, this is an 'aire' style site in a most convenient location, only a short riverside walk from the medieval town of Vianden, with its fortified walls and cobbled streets. This riverside site is partly set in a former orchard where the fruit trees remain to offer shade.

The level touring pitches are numbered but not separated, and vehicles using the popular riverside pitches may need long cables to reach the 16A electricity supply. There is no shop, bar or restaurant on-site, but it is a very short walk into Vianden, where all facilities can be found.

A lovely location where fishing and kayak launching are both possible from the site. Campervans and motorhomes only, with pitch fees payable via a ticket machine.

The modern shower block can be heated in cooler periods. Excellent ramped access and accessible sanitary facilities. No washing machine and dryer available. Fishing. Gas barbecues only.

Directions to Camperpark Vianden

Take N17 from Diekirch towards Vianden. Turn right onto N178 at Fouhren. Cross the river bridge at the edge of Vianden and take first left (rue Moenchkelterhaus) and then follow signs to site.
