Camp Lijak is a small campsite with well-maintained facilities and enthusiastic and friendly owners. They are continuously working on projects to improve the site and aim to provide the ultimate holiday experience for campers. There are 60 level pitches spread over one hectare, all with electricity (6A), water, sewerage and WiFi access. There are also two bungalows and partially underground hobbit style huts. Camp Lijak is a good base for active outdoor pursuits such as hiking, cycling and paragliding which are actively promoted by the owners. The site has its own landing strip for paragliding and offers a minibus service to suitable launch sites.

A different event is organised each day during the season and varies depending on the prevailing weather conditions. These can include trips to the Postonja and Skocjan caves, to Lake Bled and the Triglav National Park. Other more local trips are available for wine tasting at vineyards, rafting and even donkey rides. The Croatian coast, for a day at the beach, is within reach by car. Equally accessible, and in complete contrast, are the Austrian Alps.

One large toilet block with showers and open style vanity basins. Laundry facilities. Motorhome services. Fresh bread to order (daily). Freezer box hire. Organised cooking competitions and picnics. Communal barbecue. Transport for outdoor pursuits. Paragliding landing strip. WiFi throughout (charged).
