Alan Rogers Review
Bridlington Caravan and Motorhome Club site is set within 30 acres and offers 149 level and attractively laid out hardstanding pitches all with 16 amp electricity, of these 18 are fully serviced. The site is just four years old and newly planted trees will eventually provide privacy between pitches. There are measures in place to make this an eco-friendly site including the use of solar heating and recycled water for flushing. The site is just three miles from Bridlington with its beautiful beaches and harbour. A bus service from outside the gate runs to Bridlington and Flamborough.
The site would suit those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday but there is also plenty of scope for the more energetic to walk or cycle the various routes of the East Yorkshire countryside. Birdwatching enthusiasts will enjoy the short drive to Bempton Cliffs (RSPB) to see thousands of nesting seabirds (between April and September). Other attractions include Sewerby Hall and Gardens, East Yorkshire Museum and the Bondville Model Village.
A single, well appointed toilet block is heated and includes facilities for babies and disabled visitors. Well equipped showers and most washbasins are in cubicles. Laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Chemical toilet point. Small shop in reception with tourist information. Play area. Wi-Fi throughout (charged). Pets allowed. Dog walk. Bike and Dog wash. Motorhome service point. Children's play area. Twin axle caravans accepted. No late-night arrivals area. Caravan & Motorhome storage. Bus stop 200 metres. Train station 4 miles.
