Owned by the Parkdean Resorts group, these well established holiday parks (formerly Liffens Holiday Park and Welcome Holiday Centre) are in a semi-rural area on the edge of the Norfolk Broads within easy reach of Great Yarmouth.

Breydon Water Holiday Park comprises the two parks, now named Bure Village (caravan holiday homes only) and Yare Village, which are just a short walk apart along a country lane. Visitors at each park may use the facilities at the other.

Yare Village has over 500 pitches which include 211 touring pitches (168 with 16A electricity) on a separate open, level and grassy area. The remaining pitches are used for caravan holiday homes, most privately owned, some to rent.

A large restaurant/bar providing club-style entertainment in season and takeaway service (09.00-21.00) overlooks a heated outdoor pool. The excellent playground and new all-weather sports court are far enough from the pitches to preserve peace and quiet. The amenities here would contribute to an enjoyable family holiday.

One toilet block offers clean, spacious, but fairly standard facilities. Accessible sanitary unit. Baby room. Laundry. Shop. Entertainment complex with restaurant, two bars and takeaway. Swimming and paddling pools (seasonal). Play area and playfield.

Directions to Breydon Water Holiday Park

From Great Yarmouth take A143 signed Beccles. From the dual carriageway at Bradwell turn right signed Burgh Castle into New Road. At mini-roundabout turn right into Butt Lane and follow this road for 1 mile to park on the left (care needed due to parked vehicles).
