Autocamp Trebon offers a happy Czech atmosphere especially around the bar/restaurant and is located on a lake where swimming, surfing and boating (the site rents out canoes) are possible.

It is close to the interesting fortifications of Trebon and not far from the historic cities of Cesky Krumlov and Ceské Budejovice, which are certainly worth a visit. Being next to a large forest, it also makes a great location for walking and cycling. The site has around 150 pitches for touring units with 7A electricity, plus a number of cabins for rent. Pitching is off tarmac access roads in two areas and there are some hardstandings for motorhomes.

The lower field is a single large, grassy area with a circular road around it and pitches on both sides of the road. The front pitches look out over the lake which is not fenced. The top field is smaller and more cramped. In the evening everybody seems to gather on the terraces near the bar and self-service restaurant where the enjoyable mix of nationalities creates an easygoing atmosphere. Ordering food at the restaurant may cause some confusion and the order in which it is served may be interesting, if incomprehensible.

Facilities at Autocamp Trebon

An older toilet building has some old and some new facilities, including British style toilets, open washbasins and controllable hot communal showers (token from reception, cleaning variable). Washing machine. Kiosk for bread and drinks. Bar with terrace. Self-service restaurant with open-air and covered terrace. Play area. Basketball. Fishing. Canoe rental. Boat launching. Beach.
