Alan Rogers Review

Aboyne Loch Caravan Park is in an idyllic setting – peaceful, attractive and natural which has excellent facilities locally. Stay by the calm waters of a Loch in Royal Deeside and explore fantastic hill walking and cycling in the area. The family run site welcomes dogs with a request to remain on a lead, there are dog walking areas nearby. The site has 15 pitches, on offer are fully serviced pitches as well as standard pitches with stunning views over the loch. A holiday home and caravan are available for rent.

The Park is ideally located beside the beautiful loch and close to the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. Set deep within nature, it is home to plenty of wildlife such as swans, ducks, ospreys and kingfishers. An 18 hole golf course is within walking distance of the site. A frequent bus service at the entrance of the caravan park for the Aberdeen to Braemar route.

From Aberdeen, exit the city on the A93 via Robert Gordon University and follow the route of the River Dee. Continue straight through Drumoak, Crathes and Banchory, the last settlement you pass through will be Kincardine O'Neil. As the road curves you will get close to the shores of the loch and the caravan park will be on your right opposite Rosehill Farm.
