This ecological campsite just two kilometres from the small village of Abizu will not suit everyone but will appeal to those who are looking for a taste of rustic camping. The site has 117 pitches with 72 available for touring units and 45 occupied by eco-cabins and mobile homes. Solar power and wind turbines provide some energy and all pitches have 11A electricity supply. Long leads may be required and torches are useful at night. The site buildings which house all of the amenities are constructed from timber and straw with ‘living roofs’ and the philosophy of the campsite operators is to be as eco-friendly as possible. As such, very little grass cutting takes place.

Adjoining the open plan reception is a small shop and restaurant/bar serving a choice of regional Basque-style dishes. The site features a small lake and a natural swimming pool with no added chemicals. There are also a number of cabins and small apartments available for hire.

Two toilet blocks are modern and well fitted out with controllable hot showers and a good supply of hot and cold water to all sinks. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Motorhome service point. Small shop, restaurant/bar (open weekends Jan-May, then every day June-mid Sept). Natural swimming pool (unheated). Outdoor swimming pool, Play area. Lake for kayaks. Bicycle hire, Sports court, WiFi around reception area (charged).

Leave A10 at exit 17 or 18 and take NA-7100. Pass through Arbizu heading south and site on right in approx. 2 km.
