These privately owned campsites provide unique facilities not usually found at the Club's UK campsites or are situated in areas where the Club does not have a presence. Although Club site staff are not present at Affiliated Sites, guests can anticipate a warm welcome and high standards.
Damage Barton site has been lovingly run by the Lethbridge family who are now experts at ensuring you have the most relaxing and enjoyable break possible. Their years of experience in running this site on their historic working beef and sheep farm of 580 acres, means that it will not be just the panoramic sea views that take your breath away. Explore the vast network of footpaths leading from the site, right the way across the farmland and out on to the SW coastal path, with many traditional local pubs just a short walk away. The site has 45 hardstanding pitches (some seasonal). Damage Barton is a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Sites scheme.
Lydford Caravan and Camping Park is known by its regular visitors for its sense of peace, beauty and tranquillity. It offers a host of stunning views of the nearby Dartmoor Tors and is set in three main areas divided by attractive hedgerows and trees. There is a choice of 75 level and gently sloping touring pitches (some seasonal), either hardstanding or grassy, most with 16 amp electricity. Within easy reach from the site is Lydford village, once a tinners’ stannary town and steeped in rich local history. Amongst its many attractions are a charming Norman castle and an ancient church, which boasts original ninth-century connections. No arrivals accepted before 13:00.
Wooda Farm is spacious and well organised with some nice touches. A quality, family run park, it is part of a working farm set within 40 acres, under 2 miles from the sandy, surfing beaches of Bude. In peaceful farmland with plenty of open spaces (and some up and down walking), there are beautiful views of the sea and countryside.
Trevedra Farm is a family run working farm and campsite with dramatic sea views overlooking Land's End and the Isles of Scilly. Established in the late 1930’s by their grandparents, the site is now run by John and Wendy Nicholas. Since 2002 major investments have been made year on year. There are two toilet and shower blocks, with a third open through May - September. The site has 84 touring grass pitches (some seasonal), most of which have electric hook-up, of which 28 are fully serviced. There are also two areas for camping.
A small and secluded garden site for adults only, Bath Chew Valley has been developed with much tender love and care by the Betton family, who are rightly proud of their David Bellamy Gold award. Hardstanding pitches are sited amongst colourful beds of flowers, shrubs and trees. Cars are tucked away on the nearby car park, providing a tranquil and restful atmosphere. An area of woodland is adjacent with an enclosed dog walking area called Puppies’ Parade. The warden will assist you in placing your caravan.
Escape to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - the site includes part of the World Heritage Coastline, famous for its scenic beauty. The site itself is an open, partially sloping field surrounded by farmland with great views to the sea and Clavell Tower on one side and the Purbeck Hills on the other. Kimmeridge Bay, which is also part of the Smedmore Estate, is famous for fossils, fascinating geological strata and ecologically diverse rock pools. The site has 40 grass/hardstanding pitches (some seasonal) all with electric hook-up. Please note this site does not have a toilet block.
Fields End Water Caravan Park attracts many visitors year-round. Enthusiastic anglers will find fishing for all levels; ramblers can enjoy the flat, expansive Fenland countryside, and those who just want to sit back and relax can do so in beautiful and natural surroundings thanks to their adult-only policy and the fact that they are not near any major roads or under any flight paths. 33 exclusive caravan pitches can be found in the Main Park along with the reception/shop, which sells bait suitable for the on-site lakes, tea/coffee and some useful supplies, snacks and sweets. An additional 18 pitches can be found in the "Paddock" and a further 20 in “Waterside”. The site also has 5 lodges and 4 glamping pods to rent. The campsite is dog-friendly with lots of opportunities for walking around the 5-acre woods.
Tanner Farm is a quality park, surrounded by arable farmland and orchards, oast houses, lovely countryside and delightful small villages in the beautiful Weald of Kent. The park extends over 15 acres, most of which is level and part is a gentle slope. The grass meadowland has been semi-landscaped by planting saplings, which units back onto, as the owners do not wish to regiment pitches into rows.
Royal Vale Caravan Park is a family run site for adults only located in countryside close to Knutsford, with Tatton Park and other attractions nearby. Expect a relaxed stay all year round on 52 all-weather pitches (some seasonal), each with water, electricity and drainage, attractively arranged around a fully appointed, heated, modern central toilet block. There are a further 10 grass pitches for tents. Access to the level, gravel and solid hardstandings is via compacted gravel roadways, landscaped on grass with mature and developing hedges and trees. The River Peover borders the park and a pleasant walk takes you along the valley to Lower Peover. The site also has 8 lodges available to rent. Minimum stay on Bank Holidays is 3 nights.
Situated just off the A1 north of Newark, Milestone has a good deal more to offer than simply a stopover option. Its 100 level touring pitches (some seasonal) all have 16 amp electricity and nearby water points. Grass pitches are available, but most are all-weather in a variety of locations. Six are outside the security barrier for those in transit (although key access is always available), then comes a pleasantly landscaped area and finally terraces overlooking an attractive fishing lake. An embankment built to muffle traffic noise provides a pleasant grassed walk with views across an adjoining lake and the surrounding countryside. The site is a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Site Scheme but visitors who are not members of the club are also very welcome.
Paul and Ruth Hinch and staff run this family-owned site situated in the heart of England’s smallest county – Rutland. The family continue to invest in this excellent site, with an indoor swimming pool and seven luxury lodges to rent opened recently. The pitches (132 for touring units, 20 for tents and 12 seasonal) have electricity 10 amp. They have limited shade and are not fenced. 10 have full services, and hardstanding is provided on 61 pitches. There are two separate pitching areas, one reserved for adults and another for families and a Rally field. The site is beside the village of Greetham (with a footpath from the site), through which the Viking Way and other trails meander. Seven log cabins are available to rent, one of which is dog-friendly. The site is a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Site Scheme but visitors who are not members of the club are also very welcome.
Skegness Sands is a very well organised touring site, is part of a much larger holiday home park, but has its own entrance. It is a modern, well appointed site adjacent to the promenade and beach. There are 75 pitches (some seasonal), all level and with 16 amp electricity; 45 are grass and 37 on gravel hardstandings, 4 of which are fully serviced. Site lighting is good throughout and there are regular security patrols. The gate to the promenade is kept locked at all times, users getting a key. The site is a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Site Scheme but visitors who are not members of the club are also very welcome.
There has been a small campsite here for many years, but the current owner has transformed the appearance of the original camping area alongside an attractive little fishing lake and has created a larger lake with additional pitches and facilities.
This attractive park is situated in the former grounds of Stanmore Hall, where the huge lily pond, fine mature trees and beautifully manicured lawns give a mark of quality. There are 133 generously sized pitches, 128 with 16 amp electricity, digital TV connection and a choice of grass or hardstanding, 30 of these have water and waste. Also available are 23 standard pitches, but most are on grass. Some pitches are reserved for adult only use (over 18 years). Access and internal roads are tarmac; site lighting is adequate and reassuring. A size restriction of 30 ft. exists for motorhomes.
Ludlow Touring Park opened in May 2012 and is the latest addition to the Morris Leisure Group. The 115 pitches are all level with 41 on hardstanding and the remainder on grass. They include some spacious, fully serviced pitches (16 amp electricity, TV connections, water, waste water and a small light). There is a small children’s play area and plenty of space for dog walking. Some pitches are reserved for adults (over 16 years). Ludlow, in the shadow of its castle, is 2 miles to the north and has plenty to offer the visitor, including its Festival (last week in June and first week in July), antique shops, boutiques, River Teme and Saint Lawrence’s Church. The delightful small town of Tenbury Wells is 15 minutes away by car in the opposite direction.

This delightful, family-run caravan park is surrounded by a 222-acre arable and sheep farm. Peaceful and quiet, it is set in the unspoilt ‘Shakespeare countryside’. Located well away from main roads, it is just a mile from the lively village of Harbury, an ancient, prehistoric settlement on a hill near the Fosse Way Roman Road in Warwickshire. There are 58 fully serviced pitches, all with 16 amp electricity. Tents are not accepted. The site has a newly built, cabin-style pinewood reception with WiFi and additional toilet facilities.

You will relax in beautiful natural landscapes as well as experience the charms of Newcastleton. Once the scene of many bloody battles between the Scots and the English. The Ranch Holiday park is situated in the Ayrshire countryside, a mile from the small town of Maybole. The Ranch is managed by the McAuley family. The park is well set out with 50 spacious touring pitches (some seasonal), all with 16 amp electricity connections and on level hardstanding. There are also 100 mobile holiday homes with 1 to rent. The superb facilities include a private leisure centre with an indoor heated pool, sauna, solarium and well equipped gym. This is complete with changing room, toilets, shower and hairdryers. Adjacent is a small, fenced play park for toddlers and to the rear is an enclosed play area for older children.
