Ondres Océan is part of the Sandaya group and is located just 300 m. from an excellent sandy beach. Accommodation here is in mobile homes or fully equipped bungalow style tents. Please note that there are just 33 touring pitches at this site, all with 16A electricity. There is a good swimming pool. Other on-site amenities include tennis and an all-weather sports terrain.
This is a good base for exploring the Landes forests and the Basque Country. To the south, Biarritz is within easy reach, and boasts a new, world class maritime museum. Alternatively, the Spanish border town of Irun is worth a trip. Closer to the site, there is an excellent treetop adventure trail, as well as miles of cycle tracks through the forests.
