Cortina is a pleasant provincial town with many interesting shops and restaurants and, nestling below wonderful sunlit peaks, this site enjoys a peaceful setting for its visitors. Dedicated to touring units, the site does not take reservations so arrive early in the day in the first three weeks of August to improve your chance of obtaining a pitch. There are 390 informally arranged pitches, all with 2A electricity and some with shade. A heated swimming pool is on site, but otherwise this is a simple and uncomplicated site with fairly basic facilities. It is a pleasant centre for touring the Dolomites.

There are numerous opportunities for walking, cycling or mountain-biking, and for extreme mountain sports. A bus runs from the campsite gate to the town centre.

Facilities at International Camping Olympia

The two toilet blocks have been refurbished. WCs are British and squat style. Washbasins have hot water. The smaller heated block is open all season, is well equipped and kept very clean. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines and ironing board. Gas supplies. Coffee/drinks bar and shop (20/6-10/9). Heated swimming pool (5/7-25/8). Playground (hard base). WiFi throughout (free).

Directions to International Camping Olympia

Cortina is 60 km. north of Belluno. Site is 3 km. south of town off the SS51 from Toblach/Dobbiaco to Belluno and Veneto. Follow signs to site, turning right towards Campo from north or left in Zuel from south.
