With direct access to a large lake and beach, this site enjoys a beautiful tranquil position set in an area of 14 hectares amidst mature pine trees. There are 640 pitches for touring units, with just 40 mobile homes and chalets available to rent. The pitches are shady with dappled sunlight breaking through the trees, generally level and grassy although parts of the site are on a slope. Electricity (10A, Europlug) is available to 213 pitches. The bar/crêperie is close to the lake and has a large indoor and outdoor seating area. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and English is spoken.

There is entertainment in July and August. A children’s club is also organised. The takeaway sells a variety of food and the shop next door is well stocked. This is an attractive, well maintained site where you get a feeling of space and calm. There are many places of interest nearby and it is a short drive from Bordeaux.

From Lacanau take the D6 to Lacanau-Océan. Take Route de Longarisse and the site is well signed.
