Campingplatz Sonneneck could be just the place for you if you are looking for relaxation, peace and recreation in the middle of nature on a beautiful south-facing slope directly on the Haselbachsee. The site has 136 pitches and is terraced. All 36 touring pitches are equipped with electrical connection 16amp. There is also one caravan available to hire. The fresh water and wastewater points are also abundant. The motorhome pitches have a supply and disposal station. The Haselbachsee has a water surface of 15.8 ha and is, therefore, a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. On the sandy beach, you can swim and relax. Fishing fans will get their money's worth at the Häslesee, 1 km away. On a well-developed network of trails, you can go on long hikes and bike rides. There is a children's playground for younger guestswith slides, swings, climbing boats, table tennis and much more. In the restaurant, you can feast to your heart's content if you want on the terrace and always with a lake view.

Nearby there is a lot to visit, such as Schloss Baldern, the pilgrimage church Schönenberg, Schloss Ellwangen, the visitor mine Aalen or the historic old town of Dinkelsbühl. Swimming, you can visit the indoor wave pool in Ellwangen or the thermal bath in Aalen.
