Part of a leisure park around a large lake, this campsite has 160 good sized, level pitches, mostly on grass, but with 29 hardstandings; they are separated by shrubs and bushes and 133 have electricty (6A). There is a large area in the centre of the site with a play area, a volleyball court and boules. Just outside the gate is a bar/restaurant and a pleasant beach for swimming and fishing. A five kilometre path has been created around the lake for jogging, walking and cycling and there are zones for boating and windsurfing.

There are open spaces for ball games or sunbathing, along with a good play area. Watersports are professionally organised and there are also facilities for tennis, archery and night-time carp fishing. Ludolac, also close to the site entrance, is a leisure pool with waterslides; a free, family day pass is offered with a four day stay in low season. There is a well-documented network of mountain bike tracks, and short drives will take you to a good choice of areas for walking. For a taste of city life you could visit the walled town of Besançon 50 km. to the south.

Three traditional but well maintained toilet blocks, one heated, are well spaced around the site and provide a mix of British WCs, some washbasins in cabins and preset showers. Baby room. Three superb suites with accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryer. Motorhome services outside site. Baker calls daily (July/Aug); bread ordered from reception at other times. Shop, Restaurant, Bar, Pizzeria, Entertainment and activities (July/Aug). Water sports on lake. Bicycle hire. TV and games rooms. Volleyball. Boules. Internet access. WiFi (charged).

Vesoul is 50 km. north of Besançon. Site is 2 km. west of town. From D457 Epinal/Besançon turn west at roundabout following signs for Vaivre-et-Montoille and campsite.
