Camping Le Soleil Des Bastides is located in Cahuzac-sur-Vère, France, in the heart of the Tarn region between Albi and Gaillac. It is a family-friendly campsite that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. On-site, you will find a total of 37 touring pitches with 10Amp electric hook-up points. Pitches are delimited and are laid between mature hedging. Mature trees give plenty of shade to each pitch.
On-site facilities include an outdoor swimming pool perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The campsite also has a charming restaurant with a terrace where delicious dishes are served at reasonable prices. In high season, entertainment is held here regularly, which includes live music and special cocktail evenings. There are plenty of sporty opportunities on site for those who enjoy being active whilst on holiday. You can play a game of tennis at the tennis court or enjoy a game of football or basketball at the multisport court.
The Tarn region is renowned for its Gaillac wines. Several wineries in the area offer tours and tastings. Be sure to try some of the local wines, such as the Gaillac AOC wines or the Vins de Pays du Tarn. Cordes-sur-Ciel is a beautiful medieval town located about 20 kilometres from Cahuzac-sur-Vère. The town is perched on a hilltop and is surrounded by fortified walls. Be sure to wander through the narrow streets, explore the shops and cafes, and visit the Collegiate Church of Saint-Michel.
