Camping Le Calatrin is located in a beautiful area in Villages du Lac de Paladru, France. It is situated right on the Lac de Paladru, a lake in the Isère department of southeastern France. The lake is a popular spot for swimming, boating, and fishing. You can choose from 65 touring pitches, all of which have electric hook-up points and have idyllic views of the lake.
Camping le Calatrin is a laidback and family-friendly site with the aim of making guests' stays as easy as possible. There is a fresh bread delivery service which can be delivered to your pitch every morning as well as plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. There is a children's playground for the younger campers and a games room with table football and billiards for the older ones to enjoy. There is also table tennis located right by the lake. Activities are run for all ages by the friendly site team during high season, which include themed evenings and welcome drinks. Since the campsite is located right next to Lac de Paladru, you can enjoy various water activities such as swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, and pedal boating . There are also two beaches with lifeguards on duty during the summer season at Charavines and Montferrat.
The area around Lac de Paladru is a great place for hiking and biking. There are trails for all levels, from easy family-friendly paths to more challenging hikes with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. You can also go horseback riding, or try guided hikes with llamas!
