This feels like a rural site and is set in beautiful wooded countryside, yet the site is only a short distance to local towns with restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The site is on a steep slope and uneven surfaces, so those with mobility issues may have difficulty accessing some areas. Pitches are a combination between grass and gravel and are slightly uneven. The site is ideal for families or couples that like the outdoors and nature, mainly walking and cycling. The Six Fours Coastal trail is close, and several beaches are just a short drive away. Let’s not forget you are in the South of France, so there are many towns and villages to visit with beautiful harbours and excellent artisan markets.

During the main season, there are many organised activities for the children, including morning nature walks for ‘Little Trappers’, your 6 to 12 year old’s six days a week. There is also a large play area in front of the restaurant next to the lovely pool complex, so you can enjoy a drink or a meal and watch the children playing. The reception building also houses a small shop with orders for fresh bread and pastries taken for the following day (to be handed in by 8.00 p.m. The previous evening).

Two Sanitary block’s that are hexagonal with showers, baby change facilities but very basic, Accessible facilities, Washers machines and dryers in separate laundry room and sinks for hand and pot washing. Reception building at entrance next to main leisure and pool area with outdoor and indoor seating housing restaurant, bar and small shop, swimming and paddling pool. Organised outdoor activities for children during the summer holidays . Direct access to forest walks and mountain bike cycle tracks. WIFI, Pets allowed.

Via the A50 motorway, Exit 13, then take the D26 and D559 Continue on Rte de Janas. Drive to Chem. de la Batterie de Peyras at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rte de Janas Slight left onto Chem. de la Batterie de Peyras. Site is on the right.
