O'Sheas Caravan & Camping Park is a lovely small quiet camp site, suitable for those who don't want the frills but appreciate a well-laid-out campsite with trees, hedges and well-maintained gardens. When you arrive, knock on the door to the main house and be greeted by the campsite owner, who couldn't be more pleasant and accommodating.
O'Sheas Caravan & Camping Park has spacious private pitches with electric hook-up points available. Toilet and shower facilities are dated but kept clean. This site is perfect for those looking for a basic site near all the amenities found in Glengarriff.
The campsite's central location means that the campsite offers the perfect base for touring the whole of the Beara Peninsula and Ring of Kerry. In and around Glengarriff, guests can enjoy hill walking, wildlife viewing and fishing. Popular attractions in the area include the Bamboo Park, and Glengarriff Woods Nature Reserve.
Regular ferries will take you to Garnish Island from Glengarriff Harbour. You can spot seals and white-tailed eagles on the way and enjoy an afternoon exploring the beautiful world-renowned gardens.
Facilities at O'Sheas Caravan & Camping Park
Sanitary block is clean but quite outdated with showers, a washing up room with small kitchen and table, refuse collections, electricity points and laundry facilities. Dogs are permitted on leads.
