Millefleurs is a beautifully quiet site in a secluded location for naturists. It is peaceful with some 70 acres of woods and meadows providing naturist walks in total privacy. The site has 40 large, flat, mostly terraced pitches (34 with 6/10A electricity), with long leads required if pitching off the terraces. There are also very secluded pitches in wooded areas with shade, or you can pitch a tent in the meadows if you prefer.

There are few of the normal commercial camping leisure facilities here and the site is definitely aimed at the more mature naturist camper, but would provide a good introduction to the novice.

Owned by a Dutch couple, Hans and Simone, who provide a warm welcome and speak excellent English. A comprehensive photographic record is kept, showing 16 different types of orchids, and this can be seen in the Salle de Réunion. Explore the nearby medieval town of Foix with its stunning castle towering over the busy centre, and investigate the history of the Cathares and the region with its underground rivers and caves. The Foix valley has a temperate climate and is a prime for the grapes used to produce the famous Cava white wine.

Facilities at Naturiste Camping Millefleurs

Excellent toilet block with accessible facilities. Bread to order in high season. Guests dine together in the farmhouse two nights a week, or just meet friends for a drink. Fridge with drinks. Pétanque. Guide book for walks and cycle rides. Torches useful. Pick ups from airports and stations arranged. There is no mobile phone reception, but a telephone is available.

From Varilhes, 8 km. south of Pamiers on D624 (parallel to N20). Take D13 for Dalou and Gudas cross railway and N20. The site is 2 km. past Gudas, on right.
