Morben Isaf provides 26 touring pitches with multi-services, all with 16A electricity, water tap, wastewater drain and a satellite TV hook-up. There is further grassy space below the touring pitches, beyond the fishing lake, which is normally used as a playing field and football pitch but can accommodate around ten tents which do not need any services. On a lower level, behind the site manager’s bungalow, and barely visible from the touring site, are 87 privately owned caravan holiday homes. There is a play area suitable for children up to ten years old. Also on the site is an unfenced coarse fishing lake, which campers are free to use, a bird hide and a dog walk.

Machynlleth is a market town, home of Owain Glyndwr’s fifteenth-century Welsh Parliament building and the Celtica Centre, and is also close to the Tal-y-Llyn Steam Railway, the Centre for Alternative Technology, Corris Craft Centre and King Arthur’s Labyrinth.

Adjacent to the site is the Dyfi Osprey Project visitor centre – for the first time in 2007, a nest platform was erected and was occupied by a pair of ospreys. This park is in a convenient location for an overnight halt, or a short stay whilst visiting all these attractions.
