Ladram Bay is a complete holiday village with 755 units, including many lodges and holiday homes for hire, and it even has its own beach. It is quite possible to spend a couple of weeks here without needing to leave the site.

The 155 hardstanding touring pitches are fully serviced and have 16A electricity. They are located on a hillside and have some of the best sea views, and the site tractor tows all units into position. There are extensive on-site facilities - shops, a good restaurant, a café/takeaway and a cabaret bar. A hardworking team provide entertainment every night of the week, with special events at weekends. The sheltered pebble beach is just a short walk through the site.

Boat and rod angling are popular, and there is even a place to store your boat (there is public access to the beach via a footpath). A short distance down the hill from the pitches is the attractive, indoor swimming pool with outdoor Splash Zone (extra charges). Nearby is the Waves nightclub and bar. Children are well provided for with the Pirates amusement arcade, two play areas and a play den for toddlers. The site is also a member of the Best of British group.

Two modern toilet blocks are clean and have excellent facilities, including underfloor heating and family bathrooms. Accessible sanitary facilities(steep climb from some pitches). Launderette. Well-stocked shop. Restaurant, snack bar and takeaway. Indoor swimming pool (extra charge). Indoor climbing wall. Adventure play area. Children’s club. Themed mini golf. Entertainment. WiFi over site (charged).
