This is a pleasant, peaceful site which has a very French feel. Of the 225 pitches, the 90 for touring are grouped in two separate areas. Fifty are on level ground around the three attractive lakes, separated by hedges and with shade from mature trees. Another 50 are on a newly constructed part of the site, mostly on level grass bordered by young trees. All touring pitches have water and electricity (10A). Also in this area is a new sanitary block with accessible facilities. The life of the site centres round a smart bar/function room which doubles as reception and a shop, as well as the lakes and an attractive, irregularly shaped pool with waterslide. The lakes are home to some sizeable carp as well as being restocked daily with trout (fishing € 5 for half a day).

Surrounded by forests and crops, this is a good area for hiking and mountain biking. It is also an ideal base to go to Paris (50 km) and Disneyland (23 km) and to provide a practical alternative to the busier sites nearer the centre.

Three heated toilet blocks (one new, one closed in low season) offer pushbutton showers and open washbasins (with dividers and hooks) for men but mainly in cubicles for ladies. Accessible facilities, Laundry facilities. Heated pool with paddling section (15/5-17/9). Takeaway and snacks (weekends and B.Hs in low season). Internet access and WiFi on part of site (charged). Multisports pitch. Minigolf. Trampoline.

Directions to Country Park Touquin

Touquin is off the D231, 21 km. from exit 13 of A4 motorway and 30 km. northeast of Provins. From D231 follow signs for Touquin, then Etangs Fleuris. Site is 2.5 km. west of village. Well signed from D231.
