This charming site is strategically located on the D40 between Abbeville and St-Valery sur Somme, offering easy access to the surrounding area. The picturesque countryside is a haven for biking and walking enthusiasts, while the nearby Baie de Somme Coast, a grand site of France Nature reserve, boasts sandy and pebble beaches. The area is also rich in history, with numerous memorials and Commonwealth Graves to visit, a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made in two world wars.

At the entrance to the site is the reception area with a modern bar, a restaurant (essential to book), and a very well-stocked shop; there are also several supermarkets close by in Abbeville.  The site has 45 pitches, of which 37 are for touring. Pitches are located on a hill, but all pitches are level and generous (129sq mtr ), divided by established hedging. There are also 8 pitches with private sanitary facilities. facilities are excellent ,new and spotless. During high season, the site offers many activities to entertain the whole family. There's something for everyone, from live shows to bouncy castles, tournaments, and various sports. And for those who would rather relax while on-site, there's an outdoor heated swimming pool. 

You can visit the many beaches in this area. You can hire a bicycle from the campsite and reach this site within 1.5 km via the Velo route. You can also visit Abbeville, 9 km away, and St Valéry, 10 km away.

Directions to Château des Tilleuls

From the A16 at exit 23 follow signs for St Valery sur Somme via the D40. The site is located on the D40 when travelling in the direction of Saint Valery/Le Crotoy, between Grand Laviers and Port le Grand. From the A28 at exit 1 and follow signs for St Valery sur Somme via the D40. Then as above.
