Camping Winsen an der Aller is a friendly, all year, not too large site in a quiet landscape along a meandering River Aller. This small river is suitable for swimming and canoeing. The area is ideal for walking and cycling. The tourist town of Celle is within walking and cycling distance. The site exudes an amicable atmosphere. Part of the site lay-out resembles a park. The reception can be found in the centre, in the same building as the restaurant. This is an uncluttered site, with well-maintained pitches and free fields. you can decide where you want to pitch your tent, motorhome or caravan. The pitches are all different, on an open field, at the water's edge or under trees. Via a jetty with sunbathing lawn, you will reach the peaceful Aller River. You can also navigate the river with a canoe/kayak or with a cruise boat. There is a simple restaurant on the water's edge with a small menu, which serves homely fare. You can also sit on the terrace by the river. For shopping you can go to the nearby Winsen or Celle. The site has 360 pitches of which 215 with 16-amp hook-up point are for touring units and 102 are seasonal.

Directions to Camping Winsen an der Aller

From the A7 east of Hannover continue towards Hamburg and leave at junction 50 and join the B214 towards Wietze. After Wietze stay on the B214 until you reach a left-hand turn towards Winsen an der Aller. Take this and follow this road all the way to Winsen an der Aller. Cross the River Aller and take the first left turn. At the t junction turn left again and the site is on the right off this road.
