This quietly situated site, about 8 km. north of Ravenna, has everything required for a happy and active family holiday. Tall, mature trees mark out pitches and give excellent shade in all parts. Some 400 pitches have 6A electricity and satellite TV connections. The private beach is about 100 m. from the centre. The campsite’s own beach has a bar with snacks and beach equipment for hire. The site also has an excellent double swimming pool and many sports and recreational facilities, including a small theatre with nightly entertainment of films and dancing.

There is a ‘nature track’ amongst the trees on one side of the site. A nearby sailing centre has windsurfing boards and boats for hire. Trips are organised to famous towns and nearby beauty spots. Much of the site is devoted to bungalows and tour operators, but there are plenty of attractive pitches for touring units. The picturesque old fishing port of Porto Garibaldi is well worth a visit.

Directions to Camping Village Vigna sul Mar

From SS309 Ravenna-Venice road, look for signs for Porto Garibaldi, Lido degli Scacchi and Lido di Pomposa. Follow the coast road northbound, and site is well signed.
