This is an unusual site in that it has huge open spaces. Formerly a holiday centre for deprived children, it occupies a large area of woodland. It is divided into two parts by the hotel and apartment block. The 199 touring pitches (6/10A) are located among tall, shading pines in the area between the entrance and the hotel. The other section is a pleasant open area leading to the sea. It is used for many sports facilities and two excellent swimming pools.

Additional activities are on offer along with organised entertainment in high season. With thick woodland on both sides, Il Tridente is a quiet, restful site. The very long beach promenade has a great cycle path along its perimeter, thus bicycles are very useful in this flat countryside.

Three sanitary blocks, two in the main camping area and one near the sea, are of excellent quality. Mixed British and squat style WCs in cabins with washbasins and Accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Motorhome services. The Residence includes an excellent restaurant, pizzeria, takeaway and bar. Huge supermarket. Swimming pools. Two playgrounds. 5-a-side football. Bocce. Watersports. Tennis. Gym. Fishing. WiFi (charged). Animation programme in high season. Late arrival parking with electricity. Dogs are not accepted.
