This family run site is situated in the countryside some miles inland from the busy coastal area around Guérande. There are 127 level, grass pitches with 32 for touring units. These vary in size and shape and most have 10A electricity. The remainder are occupied by mobile homes, chalets teepees and roulotes for rent, along with privately owned units. Both the site and the area are heavily wooded providing plenty of shade. There is a pleasant indoor heated pool and a small wellness cabin, while across the road is a large fishing lake.

In season and on Public Holiday weekends, there is a children’s club and evening entertainment, and the bar and restaurant are open. The pool and wellness facilities are available all year. Within a short drive are the beaches around La Baule and the salt marshes of Guérande. Own transport is advisable as public transport is limited.

Directions to Camping L’Etang du Pays Blanc

From St Nazaire take D213 towards Guérande. Turn north onto D47 towards St Lyphard and Herbignac. At Sandun look for site signs. Site is opposite lake.
