Between Dieppe and the Baie de Somme, the beautiful Bresle Valley is a landscape of steep wooded hills, a patchwork of lakes, and the clean River Bresle that teems with salmon and sea trout. Flower Camping Les Marguerites can be found just outside the town of Gamaches and close to a watersports centre. It has 80 level touring pitches (100 sq.m), around half with 6A electricity.
This is a peaceful site where the emphasis is on the countryside and the adjacent lake, but there is a snack bar on-site and some sports tournaments and evening events in the high season. The small town of Gamaches, with a supermarket and a small selection of shops, is just a couple of minutes away by car.
The Bresle Valley has a long history of glass making; there are several museum depicting glass and bottle making, and demonstrations of glass blowing. A little further afield are Eu (12 km), best known for its 16th-century château, and Mers-les-Bains (15 km) with its beautiful Belle Epoque villas. This period is celebrated in July at the Fête des Baigneurs.

Directions to Camping les Marguerites
South east on D1015 from direction of Le Tréport, pass through Beauchamps and continue for approx. 3.5 km. towards Gamaches, pass signs for Base Nautique and site. Take next right (mini roundabout) and site is immediately on right.
