Camping Les Deux Rives sits on the banks of the Léguer River, on the outskirts of the Lannion/ Cotes-d’Amour. This family-terraced, dog-friendly site makes a great base to explore the region and its rugged Pink Granite Coast (20-minute drive). The GR 34 hiking trail and a cycling trail are accessible from the foot of the site, and there's a kayak and bicycle rental within walking distance, too. After exploring the surrounding area, you can enjoy the facilities, including a children's play area, a pétanque area, and a small shop selling local produce. There is also a well-maintained accessible sanitary block.

The site has 208 grass pitches, of which 100 are for touring units, and it has a 16-amp hook-up point. Eighteen lodge tents or chalets are available to hire.

Days at the seaside might involve deciding which beach to hit first! At the westernmost end of Trestraou beach there is the opportunity to take a boat trip to the Sept Îles archipelago, a nature reserve for thousands of marine birds; also here is the trailhead for the Sentier des douaniers, a nine-kilometre path that goes all the way to the Plage Saint Guirec, past wind-shaped granite rock formations.

Lannion, a 15-minute walk away has a supermarket, visit the Église de la Trinité de Brélévenez or experience the lively dining scene. Don’t forget to try the regional speciality: galettes, or savoury crêpes.

Directions to Camping Les Deux Rives

From the N12, take the exit towards Kernilien/Lannion/Bégard/Tréguier/D767. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the D712/D767 towards Lannion/Perros-Guirec/Bégard/Pédernec/Plouisy/Tréguier. Continue on the D786. Continue straight on at the Fontaines roundabout, then take the first left onto Rue du Moulin du Duc. The site is on the right at the crossroads.
