Le Bourdieu, a converted farm, is a charming, small site located deep in the hills of the Ariège. Its quiet location, far away from any busy roads makes it a very safe environment for young families and for children to roam around freely and safely. This hillside site is now predominantly occupied by mobile homes and cottages available to rent, leaving just three pitches, with rather difficult vehicle access, available for touring units. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, a recreation room and many organised activities. This is a perfect site for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

There are many marked walking and cycling trails making this the perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Accompanied walks are also organised. Just 12km away, Lac Carla Bayle is a large (12 hectare) lake, ideal for swimming, fishing or canoeing, or just for a picnic in an idyllic spot with beautiful views all around. The fortified village of Carla Bayle is also well worth a visit.

Directions to Camping le Bourdieu

From Toulouse take A64 and leave at exit 4 following the D622. Join the D4 and then continue along D919 for 10 km. Turn left on D14 and bear right into Bourdieu. After a bend to the right the site will be on the left.
