Des Pecheurs has the advantage of being in the town and within walking distance of all its services. It is also a fairly level site and is more suited to motorhomes than other sites in the area. The mobile home and seasonal pitch areas are on the upper terrace; the touring area is on the lower. There are 156 touring pitches, and most have 6A electricity hook-ups (Europlug, long leads may be required). A riverside site, it is popular with fishermen and those looking to take a freshwater swim or explore the area via the water using a kayak.

Other on-site facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and a small children's pool with a fountain. There are plenty of activities to keep the children active as they can make use of the multisport court, children's playground and table tennis. A children's club with creative crafts and activities during the high season also exists. There is some entertainment for adults, such as live music occasionally held by the pool area in the evenings.

English is spoken in reception (closed 12.00-15.00). This is a modestly priced site with good clean sanitary facilities in the solid older style.

Two unisex sanitary blocks have some shower and washbasin units and accessible facilities. Private sanitary facilities are available on premium pitches, Washing machines and dryers. Sink for fish preparation outside. Bar and takeaway (High season). Outdoor covered swimming pool, Children's pool, Boules. Fishing. Small play area. Multisport ground, Table tennis, Children's club (5-12 yrs, High season). Entertainment, EV charging points, and WiFi (Charged).

Directions to Camping des Pêcheurs

From Lons-le-Saunier (easily accessed from A39) take N78 southeast towards Clairvaux-les-Lacs to Pont-de-Poitte. Site entrance is on left soon after entering the town.
