Camping de la Doller is located in Guewenheim, France, near Colmar in the south of Alsace, at the foot of the Vosges mountains and 20 minutes from Mulhouse. It is situated on the banks of the Doller River in a natural setting, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment for a family holiday. This small site has 40 touring pitches with electric hook-up points available. The pitches are not delimited but mature trees provide much-needed shade during the summer months.
Camping de la Doller has all the facilities needed for an enjoyable holiday. You will find an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun. A restaurant on-site offers traditional Alsatian cuisine and tarte flambees and pizzas cooked in their traditional wood-fired oven. Themed evenings are also organised during the summer such as paella nights. The campsite also provides rackets and balls for those who enjoy outdoor sports. There is also table tennis and table football at guest disposal. For the younger campers, there is a large children's play area. The campsite is right next to a fishing lake, perfect for those who want to try their hand at fishing or for avid anglers. Permits can be purchased from reception.
The surrounding area is also great for exploring, with plenty of walking and biking trails in the Vosges mountains. The nearby towns of Colmar and Mulhouse are also worth visiting, with their historic centres, museums, and shops.
