This is a small, quiet, family run site in the suburbs of Freiburg. Its grass pitches, set on small terraces, are shaded by many mature trees. Most of the 70 pitches are for touring units and have electricity (10/16A Europlug). On the upper part of the site is a long established and very attractive restaurant. Open in the evenings, the restaurant specialises in dishes freshly prepared from organic ingredients; vegetarian and local specialities are also part of the menu. Additionally a small bar and bistro is part of a wellness centre which adjoins the site.

Ideally placed for visiting the attractive old university city of Freiburg, tram and bus tickets are available at reception. The site is also well placed for visiting the famous Black Forest region of Germany.

Facilities at Camping Am Möslepark

Well maintained sanitary facilities provide some washbasins in cabins and showers with free hot water (a new block with accessible facilities and a kitchen for tent campers is scheduled). Space for baby changing. Small dining room with metered hotplate and kettle. Motorhome service area. Small shop. Play area. Bicycle hire. Free WiFi over site. The adjoining wellness centre has sauna, steam bath, massage and jacuzzi plus a small swimming pool (reduced rate entrance for campers). Accommodation to rent.

Directions to Camping Am Möslepark

Site is 2 km. southeast of Freiburg. Leave autobahn 5 at exit 62 (Freiburg Mitte) and take B31A southeast, following signs for Titisee, Neustadt. After 7 km. keep left through Freiburg and do not enter tunnel. After 300 m. turn right (Stadthalle), keep straight on, then left at Waldsee sign. Continue left, and site is signed to left.
