Adriatico, on the Italian Riviera, is a busy seaside-style site popular with Italians. It is well run, kept in good order and all of the facilities are clean. As you would expect, there is occasional noise from the local resort (nearest disco is 200 m), and on the western side you will be serenaded by the voluble frogs in the adjacent allotment. The 210 level touring pitches (with 6A electricity) vary in size and are well shaded. The swimming pool and paddling pool are very well looked after and carefully supervised. A new restaurant and bar offer a variety of Italian fish and meat dishes and pizzas at very reasonable prices.

In a pleasant situation and a short walk (600 m) from the busy Adriatic beach, this site would be good for families who enjoy traditional Italian seaside sites. There are limited sports and some entertainment during high season. There was an atmosphere of contentment when we visited the site as the campers were relaxed and all was tranquil. The town of Cervia offers all you could want in this sort of holiday area. The harbours of the canals are interesting.

Four very clean sanitary blocks, two large two small, have some British style WCs, individual washbasins and free hot showers. Baby rooms. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines and a dryer. Motorhome services. TV in bar. Small shop. Restaurant/bar, snack bar and takeaway. Large swimming pool and paddling pool (15/5-13/9). Bicycle hire. Market. Play area. Excursions and tourist literature. WiFi on part of site (charged).

Directions to Camping Adriatico

From A14 take Cesena or Ravenna exit and head for Cervia on SS16. Site is south of Cervia, well signed. Drive along the seafront and signs are between the 167/169 markers.
