Alan Rogers Review of Burnside Caravan Park

Nestled within woodlands, Burnside Caravan Park is a family-run business offering a relaxed retreat in the heart of Speyside; with shared commitments to excellence, the family's involvement in the park's operations ensures that guests continue to experience a welcoming and enjoyable holiday for each visitor.
From maintaining the park's pristine grounds to overseeing behind-the-scenes, each family member — James, Kelly, Annie, and Katie — plays a role in upholding Burnside's top reputation for quality and comfort.

Surrounded by breathtaking beauty, Burnside Caravan Park is a haven of peace and familiarity, perfect for creating cherished holiday memories. And the best part? It's just a stone's throw away from the picturesque village of Fochabers. This means you can easily explore the village, indulge in a delightful meal, and unwind at the local bars and restaurants, all while enjoying the comfort of our park.

It's an ideal spot for your Scotland holiday getaway, only an hour's drive from Aberdeen or Inverness. Venture a short distance to Spey Bay, where you can spot dolphins or enjoy birdwatching at the river's mouth. For those passionate about the outdoors, the area includes plenty of nearby golf courses and showcases some of Scotland's finest scenery.

At Burnside Caravan Park, the sun always shines, promising a warm welcome. But it's not just the weather that's vibrant here. Our park is a hub of community spirit, with the hall buzzing with weekly bingo and social nights, and a range of other fun events. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, there's always something exciting happening here, making every member of your family feel included and entertained.

A relaxed, family friendly site, Burnside lies in a semi-wooded location on the outskirts of Fochabers, a pretty village known for its antique shops and home to Baxters food factory. It is only an hour’s drive from the amenities of Aberdeen and Inverness, but there is plenty to do on site - an indoor swimming pool, play areas, a games room with television, and live music and entertainment most weekends during the season. The touring pitches are fully serviced and include TV hook-up. Tents are pitched in a separate area with electricity available. The annual Speyfest folk music festival is held in the village at the beginning of August.
