With views over the Blackwater estuary, this large park is a member of the Park Resorts chain, which specialises in caravan holiday homes. Touring units are accepted and are located within two main areas within the mobile home park. Campers have access to the park’s amenities including an indoor swimming pool, bar, café and launderette. In high season, there is a programme of entertainment including clubs for children. The toilet and washing facilities are situated reasonably close to the main touring area, but are a long walk from the other area which is located on the far side of the park.
Facilities at Waterside Holiday Park
There are two toilet blocks within the main reception and entertainment complex. A smaller block provides some showers and toilets, and an older style prefabricated unit has additional showers and toilets. Accessible sanitary facilities for visitors with key access. Launderette. Fresh water points throughout the park. Shop. Café and takeaway. Lounge bar. Entertainment complex. Indoor pool, spa and sauna. Play area.
Directions to Waterside Holiday Park
From the A12, take A414 towards Maldon. Follow the B1010 and take turning to Latchingdon. Drive through Latchingdon and follow signs for St Lawrence.
