TAIGA Tarifa Valdevaqueros is located at Tarifa on the Costa de la Luz. This is a friendly site with large pitches (60–80 sq.m), most of which have electrical connections. Several chalets and mobile homes are available to rent, as well as several apartments. Longer-term residents take up several pitches and can look slightly tired early in the season.

On-site amenities include a large swimming pool, surrounded by a grassy sunbathing area, and a tennis court. There is a friendly bar/restaurant and a takeaway food service. The toilet blocks, which are somewhat dated, are equipped with family rooms. Swallows nest around the site, including in the shower block.

Tarifa is renowned for the quality of its beaches, with more than 40 km. of fine sand and clear water. There are good facilities for kite surfing here. This is also an excellent base for adventure sports, with good rock climbing in San Bartolomé and miles of good walking and cycle trails. Popular day-trips could include Gibraltar, and Morocco can be easily reached by fast ferry. Whale and dolphin watching is also popular.

The site is to the northwest of Tarifa. Approaching from Tarifa, take the northbound N340 (towards Cadiz) and follow signs to the site.
