Formerly a pear orchard, the park is set within 10 acres of level ground and surrounded by farmland. This well-maintained park has 90 hardstanding or grass pitches, all with electric hook-up, many with water services. 95% of touring pitches are now adult only. Its proximity to Cambridge makes it a delightful base to explore the historic City and surrounding market towns of St Ives and Huntingdon, City of Ely or further afield to London which is under an hour away by train.

You will be spoilt for choice when you consider places to visit. Cambridge: You will need more than a day to take in all the sights of the famous University City, whether it is the King’s College Chapel, the Bridge of Sighs, Grantchester, touring the back of the colleges in a punt on the river or a hundred and one other interesting sights from the museums to the Botanical Gardens, not to mention the shopping. Huntingdon: Once the home of Oliver Cromwell and Samuel Pepys. There is a National Hunt racecourse at Brampton. Ely: A beautiful City with its famous Cathedral (floodlit at night), surrounding tea rooms and quaint market (twice a week). St. Ives: An historic market town on the Great Ouse river famous for its 15th Century river-bridge and chapel. Duxford: The Imperial War Museum’s magnificent collection of aircraft, including Britain’s first Concorde. There are regular flying days and exhibitions of military vehicles. Newmarket: A busy little town with nice shopping and cheap parking, not to mention the home of Flat Racing and Horse Museum with afternoon and evening meetings at numerous times of the year.

Directions to Roseberry Tourist Park

Leave the A14 at junction 25. Turn onto the B1050 towards Longstanton and Willingham. The park is then one mile beyond Willingham village on your left.
