Recreatiecentrum De Vogel is a spacious, lively, family-friendly campsite with excellent facilities. It lies in the De Vogel Park, north-west of Antwerp, close to a lake with a sandy beach and is open all year. Its many facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming complexes with slides, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, sports areas and a high season entertainment programme for the whole family. There are 650 pitches with around 200 good sized, grassy pitches for touring, all amongst natural vegetation and shrubs, all with 10A Europlug. After a busy day, you can unwind in the sauna and solarium or have a leisurely drink around the pools and play areas. On the lake, there is windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, and pedaloes are for hire at the lakeside. The surrounding area is ideal to explore by bike (rental on-site) or on foot; details of routes are available from reception.

Leave E34 between Ghent and Antwerp at exit 11 (Hulst). Take N403 then N290 north for 12 km. to Ter Hole. Turn west on N290 for 2.5 km. Take N688 (Vogelweg) for 3.5 km. to site.
